TOGG is an up-and-coming Turkish mobility technologies brand that has gained international renown since their founding in 2018. TOGG is making waves globally by designing an entire mobility ecosystem - USE CASE Mobility® - that delivers hyper-connected smart living in all aspects of users’ lives.
In 2020, during the height of the Pandemic, our client Togg, and the government of Turkey, asked Dream Space to design, plan and execute an extraordinary, and safe, launch event for the groundbreaking of the new 1.2 million square meter Togg Mega EV Factory in Gemlik, Turkey.
Starting with a critical social media campaign, our branded content development team aimed to increase the hype around Togg, the only EV manufacturer in the country, to make this an unforgettable day for the Turkish Nation.
Over 1000 personnel, working day and night to build the temporary event space, were provided with daily COVID-19 testing, a mobile quarantine center, private and controlled lodging, safely prepared zero-touch meals, and highly controlled contact tracing via GPS tracking. Every precaution was taken to ensure health & safety for everyone in attendance–from the President of Turkey to the guests.
Our USA-based CGI and UX/UI teams designed, animated, and developed a multi-touch screen for the 3D pre-visualization of the Mega EV Factory. Guests were encouraged to engage with the experience during the event. Under the leadership of Koray Oba, Executive Creative Director and Partner of Dream Space Turkey, our ground team lead the onsite design and installation of giant video screens as well as the hardware for the experiential segments. A large motorized video wall, covered in fantastical graphics, opened up to the construction site at the end of the event.
This milestone event defining the economic and innovational evolution of the Turkish Technology and Manufacturing industry became everyone’s topic. The necessary steps taken for a sustainable and clean future for generations to come were every news outlet’s main topic.
